I own property in a neighborhood governed by this HOA. I have had foundation issues that the association has taken responsibility for and we have been working to fix the issue for going on two years now. First, I am never able to contact an actual person on the phone, then e-mails go ignored for months. When I get a response, the blame is always placed on the restoration company. So, being the responsible homeowner that I am, I contacted the contracted restoration company myself and they communicated that they were ready to go and that Landmarc is not responding to them. This is super frustrating for a few reasons. 1. This is my first home. 2. Landmarc assumed responsibility and is actively ignoring a contributing member to the community, and their contracted restoration company, and 3. T
