Townhouses are beautiful inside. Move in deals are great. No amenities,Not enough parking for residence, trash is always over flowing, they can’t keep a property manager, so each person is telling you something different Nobody ever called you back. They rent out units for Airbnb‘s. So it’s pointless to run background checks on the Residence when you’re just gonna allow Airbnb’s That do not go through the same background process. Highly recommend The Deposit program. They do not give your deposit back. Double charge you when you move out.was never notified of owing money, I stopped in the office to see what was going on with my deposit that should’ve been in the mail and I was told that I owe money. Landings at Westport is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have ever toured! Johnathan was extremely helpful and absolutely wonderful about accommodating all my questions and following up with me. Had I relocated to this area, this was my top pick for apartment living. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for paradise in a home. This place is it!!!!! Thank you for everything Johnathan! You rock!!!

Our experience with The Landings at Westport was excellent. While temporarily waiting on our house to be finished we needed to rent an apartment for one year. Jonathan Pleickhardt was the property manager we met day one and he could not have been more helpful. He got us into the perfect unit that met our needs and made the application process seamless. Our experience with Jonathan was always positive and professional. He took time to care for his tenants above and beyond what I felt was expected. He regularly hosted social gatherings to bring the community closer and feel more neighborly. The whole experience with the regional manager Ms Andrea and The new community Manager Ms Susette has been nothing but heartfelt welcomes they go out of their way so much if you need help i definitely recommend coming here if your a first time renter!
