Been living here for almost 2 years. I love the front office staff. Erica and Ms. Jamie always have spectacular customer service. Maintenance comes fast when something is wrong. Which is rarely. Great complex for young people and it’s quiet.

Lived here for 2 years and left recently due to my new position. If I had the choice I would not have left, the management is everything with most complex’s and I can tell you they are all very understanding and are always active with the community for any issues or events that happen. They constantly have new vendors come in with food trucks which is nice to mix it up every once in a while. Their apartments are very proportionate in living/ storage space. Very quiet community away from the daily busyness of orange park.
