Landing at 2EightySeven Apartments

Minus, the highway traffic (out of anyone's control) these apartments are great. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner, no issues with anyone bothering us, sometimes people are walking their dogs off their leashes, (had a few run ins with rogue pups) but nothing major to worry about here. Quiet, controlled in behavior, great sized bathtubs, plenty of parking, and no issues with neighbors. Would like to stay here as long as I can! 😀

My experience at Landing at 2 eighty seven Apartments has been a pleasant one overall. The community is quiet, well-located, and convenient to shopping, dining, and major roadways. The square footage of the three bedroom apartments is great! Kitchen is spacious, dining and living spaces have plenty of room and the bedrooms are a good size in my opinion. However, as we live on the first floor, we have been having issues with the upstairs neighbors acting as if they are in a marching band playing at a bowling alley. I am not a complainer and I understand apartment living however the neighbors are a bit extreme to the point they have literally knocked our pictures off the wall with all the noise they make as well as vacuum at random times at 2 am or 3 am. It just doesn’t seem like the office cares enough to really do anything about it so I just stopped saying anything sadly and just deal with it especially having a newborn and not wanting any drama. I don’t live at this complex (yet). My fiancé and I toured this facility on Saturday and we had the best experience. Emma in the leasing office was outstanding! She was so thorough, she answered any and all of our questions. We spent over an hour of her time and never once did she rush us or make us feel like we were taking up too much time. She was relatable and realistic with us. Just over all made us feel welcomed and prioritized. She was so phenomenal that I had to call and let someone on management know how exceptional she was! We are very excited to hear back and hopefully move in asap!

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at this apartment complex. The management team has always been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean and well maintained. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, and the amenities are a nice bonus. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to call home. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great apartment and reliable management.
