I love the Landera Apartments. The office personnel is very friendly and is always on top of things. Our maintenance men are amazing at their job and know what they are doing. Friendly community all together

I have loved living here at Landera, it is centrally located, safe, and well maintained! The maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, my neighbors are friendly, and the leasing office staff are friendly!

I've lived at Landera for almost a year now and have loved my experience. The staff up front and the maintenance crew are so kind and attentive. If I have any issues, the come day of or the following day. The apartment is spacious and the complex well kept. Many residents have been here 5+ years and it's evident why.

Nothing in life is perfect but these apartments are so close! Anything that needs to be handled gets addressed same day if not the very next and I am in love with my loft. Even though it's technically a studio or loft it has SO much space for just myself and I wouldn't want to move anywhere else! Devin and the rest of the staff have always been very kind and eager to help if I ever had any questions or concerns and really at the end of the day I never had anything to worry about but it was helpful to be able to call about anything. It's a very chill complex as far as neighbors go. Nobody has been rude or loud and I encourage anyone reading this to tour at the very least, if you're looking for well kept units at reasonable rates this is the spot!!

I have been living here for many years. I known the Apartment Complex Manager, Maricela since 2015. She has been professional and very easy to talk to. I have nothing but good experience from this complex & the management team. Whenever there were maintenance issues, the maintenance guys took care of them immediately. I am sure there are newer apartments nearby but I am comfortable with my overall experience with Landera so I have no plans to move.
