We owned a condo in a lovely area in Oceanside. Prior to owning, we rented in the same condominium complex for years. We had nothing but good experiences and wonderful neighbors. When we became owners we had neighbors living above us for some time, who were renting, and decided to move. The new neighbors that moved in above us made awful noises all throughout the night, and day. We started by speaking with them, but it became clear-as-day apparent that they were drug users...all of our surrounding neighbors could tell as well. They had a 19 year old who lived with them who ended up moving out. We were lucky enough to catch her the day before moving out and she confirmed our suspicions stating that the people living there were actively using meth.
