I’ve had such a positive experience with Land South Properties and Management. Their communication is always consistent and clear, which I really appreciate. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Anytime I’ve had a question, it’s been addressed quickly and kindly. I truly haven’t had a single issue since living here. It makes a big difference to feel supported and valued as a resident! Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Land South Properties Management, and especially with Chelsea Sporer. We reached out to Land South last year when we moved to Lakeland. At the time, we were living in an apartment on a temporary lease and needed to find a home quickly. I emailed to inquire about availability and pricing after finding a listing online for Grasslands West, and Chelsea called me back the very next day. Land South seems to be a great company. We have leased with them for the last 4 or 5 years. Never had a problem. They are prompt to take care of issues. Rent is somewhat reasonable compared to similar housing. When I have had an issues it has been resolved quickly.

I have been staying in one of their properties for 7yrs and the last two years the rent has gone up and new fees and services have been added. I have been charged an extra $50 since September because I’m being charged for renters’ insurance and air filters. I have my own renter’s insurance as part of bundling with my auto so it’s cheaper and covers more with my own policy. My wife uploaded our policy to her portal before we resigned the lease and we’re still being charged. I called and emailed management back in October and it’s almost March. No resolution. They said last year that the renters fee included the filters. This year they stopped giving the filters (last year we only received half of the air filters and still paid each month) and they kept the same fees. They no longer spray i
