My wife and I are in the process of purchasing 6 acres on Payne Lake from Land First Inc, and our experience so far has been above and beyond great! We've been dealing with George, who has great knowledge about all that we needed to know about the property, process, good building options, local area, and every detail down to the different tree species on the different lots. We must say that even though George, Chris and everyone have been so wonderful and professional, the beauty of the property sells itself and is really beyond words, from the granite cliffs and outcroppings, to the trees, water views and wildlife. We purchased our first property from this company in November of 2014 and build our dream home. We were so impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the Land First team that I decided to join them in October the following year. As a salesperson, I can tell you from both sides the deal that this company offers a top quality approach to land sales. They provide a Warranty Deed, Recent Survey, Title Insurance Availability, Protective Deed Covenants, and Full Disclosure with every sale. If you purchase a property from this company you will not be disappointed.

I have not dealt in person with these guys, but I think it's safe to say that I am far from the only one driven away when you see misleading pictures, (i.e property at Edwards NY near Pork Creek) which do not actually represent the property, or you see many of the same pictures on a bunch of adjacent sites. People want honest representations of what they are looking at, not to be driven out to look at something misleading. Show it honestly and the right people will come to buy land.

I wanted to thank Bill for his knowledge and unselfishness with helping our family on options for purchasing land. He's in a class of his own and very trustworthy. I highly recommend working with him.
