Since new management has taken over, assistance when needed has dramatically improved from maintenance needs to random inquiries. Property activities like this Halloween party was a fun event for kids and adults with pizzas and cupcakes along with games for the kiddos. I would like to see the hallways improve via appearance from possible pressure washing to repainting some areas. I can tell that the property is in the process of doing this and it looks great to see. Keep up the great work.

It was under different management when I moved here initially, but since this complex has been managed by Yolanda, it has become the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived. I am writing to warn any and everyone about the unlivable conditions that I have been forced to endure at Lancaster Urban Apartments. These issues have persisted for far too long and have caused me significant emotional and financial hardship. First and foremost, the amount of trash and filth in and around the complex has made the living conditions unsanitary and unbearable. This is compounded by the fact that, despite always paying my rent, I frequently receive letters of eviction p

I highly recommend you DON’T move here!!! Let’s start with the office staff. Since I’ve lived here this is the 2nd management . The new manger Wendy just came in February 2022 does not care and her goal is to evict w/o even knowing the full detail of anything. They never answer the phone, do not listen and always try and rush you out of the office with their lies . The trash is terrible from it being left at the end of the hallway to the dumpsters oozing with trash . Oh and the gates never work they are always open. The apartments are newer but poorly built have leaks and the walls are paper thin!! You can hear everything. I advise you to be aware of your surroundings here there are homeless people wandering around and also sleeping on the stairs and in the garage . No security so many car

The move in process was seamless and my stay has been wonderful! Yolanda and Erica in the office are understanding, friendly and welcoming. The apartments are very well kept and quiet. The maintenance service is lighting fast. My son and I love our 2 bedroom apartment and look forward to continuing our stay for a while. 😊
