We recently helped a resident move into Lancaster Senior Village and the experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating to both our team and the resident. The property is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate for moving crews, which makes a big difference. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment for your residents and vendors. BEWARE‼️ I was living in apartment # 602 If you’re considering 7447 Bellfort at Lancaster Senior living for your self or love ones think again.The management especially the manager and the assistant I been in the office many times they are both very rude.😖They constantly act like they’re doing you a favor by being present.Interacting with them are cold,dismissive and at times down right rude,as if they’re all collectively sucked on a lemon before starting their shift. What’s worse is that this isn’t a one off experience or a bad day. It’s a pattern. Multiple residents and families have experienced the same condescending and unprofessional attitude.You think the corporate office would step in and address these ongoing concerns but they don’t.Repeated complaints go unanswered met with empt

Sofia will not allow medical providers who are doing home visits to use the restrooms to clean their hands or relieve themselves. This a direct violation of the law!!!

I pray you do not get inside the gates! As I said, on the outside it is a beautiful place....But, to get inside, you will sign a binding contract and you will pay all moneys up front-Before seeing your unit. When you arrive at the door with keys in the your hand, all alone, seeing your new "HOME" for the very first time, you will be greeted upon entry by an onslaught of roaches! Most of them will be waiving "welcome home" signs ! Once you are approved and you enter your new "home", any expectaition of privacy is forbidden;they will come, censor, and go as they see fit! Property looks very appealing from street view. However, the latest management is very rude, vindictive, manipulative, unprofessional, and messy!! No lie. Seniors are treated very poorly and disrespectfully. The temperament and tone from management should not be allowed by the owners, yet it's permitted in dump truck load. Tenants that advocate for self seem to go on management 's poop list with a conjured up eviction soon to follow. The hallways are trashy, smelly, and never power washed. All emenities are gone: door to door trash pickup, fob usage of the foul smelling and dusty gym is limited (one must get manager's ok and they will decided to open door or not), pool hours (if and when opened) are very limited.
