This company has been nothing but wonderful since the first call out to our leasing agent Ryan. The house is a perfect fit for us, she needs some love but we are simple people and decided to take her as is. We are so glad our plans shifted and ended up living in the Stevens area. It’s beautiful and the neighbors are how neighbors should be, quiet, kind and respectful. Josh is beyond the best maintenance professional I have ever encountered, that sounds like a buttered up contact but he truly is not only patient, but very smart and gets things done around our crazy schedule with no complaints. Most importantly he is approved by our golden retriever 😁.
