I have rented my apartment from Lana Properties for many years. I am pleased with the location and was grateful that my entire bathroom was replaced a few years ago. Most importantly, Sara and Rich are responsive and kind. They went out of their way to support me during a difficult situation I encountered recently. Both took the time to understand my circumstances and they worked with me. It is truly a partnership. They care. I have never had landlords like Rich & Sara. I highly recommend renting from these people.

I had a 1 bedroom apartment near South Wedge. The management company was extremely professional in working through obtaining information, pictures, and videos of the unit prior to me signing it. Once a tenant, any maintenance requests were always filled within a reasonable amount of time. The unit was as advertised, just what I was looking for as a business school student and young professional. The other tenants in the building were friendly and mad Rochester feel like home. Nothing but great things to say about Lana Properties.

Rich Lana is a great guy, rented from Lana Properties 2-3 years ago would recommend this organization, professional services. Had to vacate due to Covid, would rent from them again if we hadn’t bought our first home.
