Lamplighter Legacy

I had a great experience touring the Apt. complex with Lorraine yesterday. She was welcoming and informative, and the units she showed were bright, clean, and well-maintained. I was very impressed with the amenities and whole community feels modern and well cared for. Looking forward to moving here soon!

Wow, this manger is awesome, Lorraine lopez, I'm trying to find a new place to live, I live in palm beach gardens, want to find a quality place to live, she has called me a few times, what a great woman, she told me the prices, which is fair, so expensive where I live in woodbine apts, horrible manager where I live, never fixed the problem here, everybody quits, charge you fees, you never know about. When I talked to Lorraine it was a dream come true! She told me the place is beautiful, and treats it like her baby!, and told me her family is moving there,! I moved into 1408 at The Lamplighter Legacy in October of 2024. I have really enjoyed the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Anytime there is an issue that needs addressed, you can always count on the staff to handle it in a more than amicable way. The maintenance crew does an impeccable job and always has a smile on their face. The place wouldn’t be the same without Vicente Páez and Javier Perez and the hard work they do. I’m always proud to bring someone into the building because they keep it looking good and smelling great. Today I came home to Vicente painting my front door and Javier clearing the elevator and as always they had a smile and a warm greeting to make you feel welcome. You can tell they take as much pride in the building as the tenants do if not more. The

As a tenant I couldn’t be more proud to live here. The Manager Linda is such a great person and the Maintenance Team Javier and Vicente are on point always. They are friendly and fast on the task. I never have to wait for my maintenance orders to be fulfilled. They are there same or next day! I am grateful to be a part of the Legacy family. It’s a beautiful and enjoyable place to live. Lamplighter is a great property! Wendi went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! The management has been very responsive and helpful anytime we needed them. It is a very quiet area with nice access to downtown and the hospital. Highly recommend!
