The new management is promptly handling all repairs and installing proper equipment in units and amenities such as laundry office and pool area. Much more professional than what I expected! Hopefully rent prices and utilities are regulated to match the economy in due time. Looking forward to seeing the final results.

I’ve been in my complex for 2 yrs now and the management team is AWESOME, Tessa ( leasing agent ) is great , very understanding, and communicates very well with her tenants. Now as for the maintenance team Mr. Vaughn got some very respectable young men that promptly took care of my issues…THANK YOU guys ( Cody and Mike )

I recently moved into Lamond Grove, and it has truly exceeded my expectations! The apartment is luxurious and incredibly spacious, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a beautiful open layout. The living space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and the view from my apartment is absolutely stunning. The community feels very safe and peaceful — the surveillance team is excellent, and the parking area is secure and well maintained. It’s such a quiet area, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and at home. A special mention to the Manager, who is always respectful, kind, and attentive. Their professionalism and friendliness made my move-in experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, Lamond Grove is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and safety. I highly recommend it to anyone

This community has already started to feel like home. From the moment I began the application process, the staff has treated me with patience, kindness, and real understanding, not just like another unit to fill. You can tell they’re putting in the effort to bring new life into an older property, and the changes they’ve made recently feel very resident focused, and intentional. It means so much to me that I’m living somewhere that cares about the people who stay here and is actively working to make things better for us.

I've been residing here for almost a year. New management took over in February. Tessa and Mr. Vaughn are working to the best of ability. Cameras,New screen and pest control company and New screens on windows. She is the best she is extraordinary. New playground updated laundry room. And she does things that she pays for herself. Ty so much Tessa come and see for yourself. She walks it like she talk it's big time
