I truly appreciate all of his efforts in assisting my family with successfully obtaining a beautiful rental property in a very peaceful neigborhood, on a clean well kept Street. Kim Cudanin is exceptionally top notch when it comes to her proficent management style & excellent communication skills. She always provides prompt & rapid services with her maintenance team whenever requested. My family & I are very grateful for this Firm & their dedicated Team.

Kim Cudanin is beyond unprofessional! Her communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced! She was hired to have her contractors complete renovations for an investment property I purchased in Baltimore. The work completed was bare minimum! She received 3 payments totaling over $30k. She has stopped responding to my calls, texts and emails! She lied multiple times about what was actually done. When asked her favorite words were, “Trust me, I got you and your property all under control.” If I could give negative stars, that’s exactly what I would rate her as. She’s beneath scalable stars! If you ever consider doing any business with her, I advise you to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Don’t give her a dollar!

Where do you start , rude ,hung up on me , not prepared, not organized. Issued fake , false illegal notices to try and scare us and they don't even have legal access or rights to the property.

Unclear if Lakier’s issue is being short staffed or unprofessional but I would avoid at all costs if you are a tenant or landlord. They don’t keep thorough documentation of properties under management. Very poor communication. Bare minimum effort wherever possible.

I just moved in yesterday and I regret it already the property. Manager or staff is not honest. The took. My money and nothing was fixed the way they promised.
