Lakewood Terrace Apartments

I been waiting since 2018 with the last administrator Paul Gonzalez, they told me that I was called once, that was a lie,I never heard about them,and never happened,so they put me the last one in theirs list. I tried to call a lot time from 2020 with no successful. As National Guard Army who served and still serving with the Florida State Guard, need someone who can help me in my Case since 2018. I lived there for 4 years. Found a house and brought it, I informed the manager and kept her in the loop the whole time during my process of buying a home while still paying rent here as well. I come to find out that I have an eviction from this address and when I call or come by she is "busy" or not there says her assistant. They should be happy that someone gets off of HUD housing and making better for them and their child. Then on my credit report it says I owe $1400 which is impossible. I paid to move, I didn't get my deposit back which I said that was fine it was only $120 now I have a eviction and I owe them for nothing! They should be paying me. My mother who is 61 years old lives there. She’s literally living in feces. The plumbing in her unit is beyond broken. All kinds of garbage, stool, blood and mess is coming up out of the toilet and tub. She’s had to live in these conditions for the last few weeks. My mother is sickly and suffers from different ailments. This is UNHEALTHY, UNSANITARY, and just not right. Where’s management?! Where’s help?! They don’t answer the phone! They don’t do anything! The office is ALWAYS closed. Help us! Who can we call?! This is criminal!

It’s very unfair here I been waiting since 2014 for my apartment they have been giving me a run around I had came updated my address and everything I came early 2023 to see about getting my apartment the still giving me a false narrative then again the last manager quits she was helping get into a apartment now I’m still waiting to get a apartment ??
