Luis Oastro Beniter he was amazing. I really appreciate all the five items that he fix and I mean fast. It really pleases me to know that someone cares and have customer service skills and serving Customer no matter where they are, but I think in so much for coming to my rescue and fixing all of my things that I had didn’t complain, smiling face very happy to do the job. The entire office staff is awesome. They are very friendly and welcoming. My leasing agent, Brenda, was VERY HELPFUL, throughout the entire application process and lease signing. She took the time to explain everything to me, and walked me through any issues I had with using the computer. I absolutely love her, and my new apartment. ❤️

In this place when you first move in everything is nice and cheap, then every 6 month they start to raise your rent from $60-$110 increases and send you a letter saying that as long as they tell 30 days' notice the can do it. They charge you for the water, parking space and if someone else parks there they don't do anything about it, but you're paying for it. I started here paying $880 for my 3/2 apartment and in 3 years went up to $1550. Now I'm paying $2,150 3 years later again. And that I know of my apartment hasn't grow in square footage, still the same. This place used to be really clean and now is constantly dirty, the trash accumulates.

I just wanted to say Brenda provided myself my father as well as my brother excellent customer service I feel she genuinely cared and loves her job and as patient as I could pray for, She walked us through all my father had to do up until even today she is a great asset to your company and I would refer your apartment moving forward.
