Lakewood on the Trail

I have been looking for a property to move to that understood my financial struggles from my past and has been so helpful with me to show me options knowing I would not qualify for this particular property. Jason was so thorough with me and helpful and showed me resources to find a home. I am very grateful that even though He knew I would not qualify he took the time and effort to help me find a home. He is one in a million and I highly recommend anyone to use him to find their forever home. I hope Lakewood on the trail will one day be the place for me. 10 out of 10 recommend. Most shunned me being young and my circumstances. I was met with kindness, respect, and support. Thank you above and beyond.

Been living at Lakewood on The Trail for over a year now. I just recently renewed my lease. It has been great experience thus far. David and his maintenance team have been impeccable. The maintenance is timely and they make sure to complete all work orders with efficiency. Also I have had a great experience with the office staff, particularly Tiffany who handle my lease. My experience has been pleasant and im happy to call Lakewood On The Trail home.

I lived at this property for about five years and saw a major decline after Weidner took over management. Move-out has been extremely difficult. I’m currently disputing a carpet replacement charge they claim is due to pet urine, despite the fact that my cat has never had an accident outside the litter box and the area identified was not where the litter box was kept. Based on conversations with other former residents, unexpected move-out charges seem to be a common issue. Maintenance was often quick but temporary. Repairs were frequently patched in the cheapest way possible, which led to recurring problems. Across the three units I lived in, there were ongoing issues with mold, including in bathrooms, around window seals, and beneath heavily painted window sills. In my last studio, mold

Jason did my tour and he is the BEST!!!! We came on a Saturday, it was raining and he saved a lady who fell AND still showed me the apartment in the rain. He answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond. He even killed a wasp that flew into the apartment. I don’t think I would’ve signed a lease if it was any agent other than jason!!!

David the maintenance man is a full blown con artist. He came into my apartment when I first moved in asking all kinds of personal questions. He asked me to help him ‘get rich’. Then he proceeded to tell me how he got his brand new black truck thru a scam using someone else’s social security number. He tried to convince me to buy furniture using the same method, which he explained to me thoroughly, because I had no idea what he was talking about. He even said I could use an address for one of the empty apartments and he and the other maintenance guy would move it to my actual apartment. Then he told me about all the gold jewellery and expensive watches he wears when he is not at work. He also mentioned something about getting a whole set of new tires using the scam.
