Lakewood Manor Apartments

I've lived here at Lakewood for 7 years since I've moved back to the area and have had very few issues with management, neighbors or my apartment. Before moving away I also lived here in a different apartment when it was owned and operated by the builder of the complex. The units are well built, very well insulated and the neighborhood is safe.

Don’t rent here. I had a friend who lived here a few years before I did. The rent was so good and the buildings were so clean and comfortable. He had new carpets when he moved in years before I did. When I moved in, they would not replace the old and stained carpets. Other than that, the rent was still pretty good but the place was going downhill and was disgusting by the time I moved out. All of the buildings smelled and were dirty inside and out. The maintenance guys were good but the Ashley, the leasing agent, is unprofessional and thinks she can be aggressive. She’s in the wrong place to be doing that. Anyway, the property is destroyed now and it’s because of her. It’s a shame because the apartments used to be so great.

This is going on my 4th year at Lakewood 👍manor Rochester New York I think it’s a great place to live I have been happy here, I think the maintenance is really good I have no complaints

Good place to stay. The host was helpful and everything went smoothly.

Rented here last month and couldn’t wait to get out. Aside from the bugs, the manager Ashley was the worst. Very rude person. Very sloppy looking and speaks to her tenants in a degrading way.
