Lakewood Hills Apartment Homes

I have lived at Lakewood Hills in a townhome for about a year and a half now. It has been a very pleasant experience overall. I was very thankful that they were able to work with me initially because I am a full time student with an ESA and you can’t beat their rent prices for the quality and space of the complexes. Tim with maintenance has been exceptional from helping me figure out towing services right after I moved in to fixing my appliances. I always enjoy talking with him because he has a lot of life experience, plus he’s very patient with my dog who gets a little crazy. It’s also a very quiet community, which I appreciate.

Been a resident for 7 months. Needed maintenance on the garbage disposal. John stopped by at the end of his day to check on the issue. Returned promptly the next morning to replace the disposal and updated the faucet. He was pleasant, cleaned up everything and gave me instructions on best use of the disposal. Quite pleased with the process. Got to give a shout out to the staff for keeping up with snow and ice removal on the sidewalks and parking area. This is greatly appreciated. I have corresponded with staff on numerous questions and they have always responded quickly and pleasantly. No question was too silly.

I have only lived here a little over a week and so far i am pleased with the property management. Everytime i called with the smallest question, they had an answer and didn’t seem annoyed with me and i am very happy with the maintenance. thank you specifically to Tim for fast repair services and thank you to chris for getting my friend & I into this beautiful apartment! i have only been here a little over a week but so far, so good! i don’t hear my neighbors & i don’t smell animals or see poop on the ground. the $80 amenity fee is worth it IMO especially when you are getting free internet, a gym, and maintenance that gets things done. (there's more i just haven’t tried) there’s more positive feedback that i will add when i am here longer. only complaint i have is how some people drive

I agree with the previous Google summary. One of our apartment circuit breakers blew a couple of days ago. Troy, from the maintenance department, arrived within minutes and reset it. The maintenance department is very good and I have been very pleased with them. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Other than that, there are several things that I have been more disappointed with during the years I have lived here. The office is not always helpful. Recently, they have cut their hours and are no longer available on weekends or after 5pm when people who work are more likely to want to look at apartments. The complex has instituted an amenity fee on top of rent that everyone has to pay even if they don't use any amenities. Depending on the apartment you are assigned, you may get an upgraded apartment or an old one. I have b
