Lakewood Flats

I lived at this beautiful community for several years. I’ve had the opportunity of seeing a lot of different communities however, nothing comes close in-comparison to the beautiful apartment homes at Lakewood Flats. It’s so much that I can go on and on about the friendly staff especially Dewayne the apartment manager goes over and beyond to make sure your needs are met your experience is always pleasurable and you can always depend on him. As long as I’ve been here we’ve had the same staff so that definitely shows that there is stability. The apartment homes the modern urban living is so sophisticated with the cherry wood cabinets down to the beautiful wood floors the granite countertops the layouts of the apartments are impeccable, spacious and undeniably charming. I have just completed my first year at the Lakewood flats. Over the last year I have been blessed to have lived in a beautiful complex which is extremely maintained. The amenities are out of this world. The complex is maintained to a higher standard than most. My dog Cali has been thriving thanks to the numerous dog parks, dog stations and dog areas. We have a full gym, two pools, and private access to a gorgeous lake trail which my dog Cali loves more than anything in this world! Dwayne, Danny and Stephanie have been wonderful office personnel. When I first signed my lease with Danny, he made me feel right at home. Let's not forget Leo, Adrian and Jose, they are definitely part of the family. They maintain the complex with Superior maintenance. This was the first complex that I moved into

I have lived here for 6 months and I’ve been very impressed so far! The area is very safe and the neighbors are quiet. The leasing office is always very helpful and responsive whenever I need them and I have zero complaints with the property. My unit is very spacious and offers great lighting with tons of windows that my plants and my dog love!

I thoroughly enjoy staying at Lakewood flats. I have an A4 style apartment and have been here now almost a full year. The maintenance staff is super responsive, especially for such a large complex. The folks at the front desk (Danny & Stephanie) almost always answer the phone. The same front desk staff have been here since I moved in and they’re always friendly, helpful and super responsive. It’s a family and pet friendly neighborhood. I was waiting for months for the catch or to see some negatives of staying here, but there really aren’t any. I don’t have any complaints and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Loved living here. Highly recommend. The gym and pools are always well maintained and clean. The location is my favorite part of living here. The access to the Santa Fe trail to White Rock Lake or Tom Thumb was an ultimate favorite.
