Lakewood Apt.

This place is only in the business of charging people $40 for application fee and telling them no. They make good money on $40 an app. How does a person get told no when they got good references, good paying job, and good credit? My guess it was because race they we're told no because everything else checks out ok.

This is my 2nd time renting an apartment from Max Dacus and I couldn't ask for a better landlord! And now he has passed it down to his son and son in law and I look forward to another 8 years!! Best apartment that I have ever lived in and don't want to move from here again!
