So today on 8/13/25 they had a crew of Hispanic people working on the roof, not only did they start early in the morning not even at 8am and they had blocked off apartments. I come home at 6 and they had broke the gate to my patio and it had a padlock on it and They broke my patio furniture. I am pissed because they had to reason to even be in my property let alone had no right to move or break my things. I will be going to the office first thing in the morning but I doubt they’ll do anything! These apartments are trying to keep up the appearances on the outside and not the outside. Update: went to the office and of course brook wasn’t there so I had to deal with the only rude person in the office and she basically justified what these people did. They were cool at first. Lmfaoo these apartments are moldy and once you call the health dept your a target and they wanna conduct walk throughs for (complaints) lmfaoo even though mold was indeed found! But since the health dept gets called they are beyond upset! I have a 3 year old who has chronic asthma due to MOLD!!! So yeah I’m calling who needs to be called and who’s gonna MAKE SURE it’s fixed! And indeed it’s fixed — granted I’ve contact them NUMEROUS TIMES for mold & their response was for MONTH “we don’t have drywall people etc” lmfaoo but soon as the health dept involved they find the drywall people! Terrible apartments! I’ve been here for 3 years. Kids constantly trash our halls. They hangout and smoke in the halls. People are even sleeping in the halls. Cars are broken into every night (mine included). The office and property manager Allison have done NOTHING about these issues. All they say is call security (who never comes) and call the police (who takes forever to come). They refuse to put cameras up or locks on the building doors due to having to raise the rent. They would rather have trash unsafe apartments. One of the ladies who cleans the halls even had a gun pulled on her by kids hanging out in the building. The rent is cheap but so not worth your safety or sanity.

It's a very nice place to live. . I think they should have more security, there are car breaks ins, but overall it's really nice and peaceful, no problems with neighbors . The staff is helpful and caring

How can you tell someone how many people to a place. My son tried to apply for two brm he was told 2 people. What if he wanted a room for game room or an over night guest. Wow smh
