Lakeview Terrace Apartments

I would personally rate this place zero stars if I could. The heating never works, it goes from freezing to sweltering every couple of days. Currently out of 4 washers only one work. In the past 6 months only two dryers work and currently none work. There is no hot water, and the bath tub drain doesn’t work. The sink leaks and caulk is coming off everywhere. Management doesn’t do anything to help and when you do reach out they are extremely rude. There has been many of our packages stolen from the mail room with no way to get them back. The neighbors are always screaming there is no quite hours which there should be as it gets to noise complaint levels.

I'm changing my comment but not my rating. There are plenty of issues I've been dealing with in this apartment. Firstly, the terrible heating... it only works once in a while, if ever. We had to buy our own heater when it was below zero just to stay warm. Second, the laundry room needs a lot of repair work. Only one dryer works... or two, if it decides to work. There are a few more washers that work but one is down and one doesn't drain properly. I literally had to wring all my clothes by hand because they were sopping wet. I then had to pay to use the one definitely working shifty dryer twice to dry my clothes. And they were still slightly damp! I had to hang them up in the bathroom with my small heater to dry them completely. And lastly... my upstairs neighbors... These people stomp arou

The lease says "heat included" BUT the moment it is 15 degrees or lower outside, it does not matter what you do with the thermostat: the heat automatically shuts off. This is most likely set up so Alexander Bishop can save money over the winter. Don't try calling the office, you'll never get a response. This place is like an abandoned building with no landlord.

Horrible landlords, even worse neighbors. The apartments look nice from the inside, but the walls are paper thin. They do not salt frequently, and they automatically take $150 from your security deposit for painting and do not provide documentation of it being needed. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!
