Nice place to live and walk your dog! Great view of the lake. And the Management team are awesome. Tia is always available and takes care of any concerns or questions with a smile. They have lots of activities and resources. I've lived here 9 months and I've felt safe. The amenities always work. George in maintenance is so nice and they are quick to check out and repair even the smallest need. Great apartment community!

This place is amazing! My patio view of the lake is amazing the leasing agent manager TIA is truly phenomenal and knows her job! I think I had to call her 5 times on how to pay my application fee and deposit! Her voice stayed friendly and professional the entire lease signed! Month one in, I’m loving my new space and community! The neighbors are amazing covered free parking peaceful nights omg the list goes on!

The staff and management here are incredible, consistently making you feel like part of the family. Tia exemplifies unmatched professionalism; she is highly responsive and maintains excellent communication. Maintenance promptly addresses all repairs and service requests. Parking is always accessible. Neighbors are consistently quiet at all hours and courteous when they pass by. The after-school program is great as well.
