First, we lived at this complex for 3 years, were on time with everything, and did our best to maintain the apartment and stay courteous to our neighbors and the owners. But this apartment ‘complex’ was riddled with problems from the very beginning. First- internet is included- and you cannot wire your own. If the internet goes out? Have fun calling Rich, the owner. The complex makes promises about paving the parking lot but instead is filled with potholes that just get worse every year, or fixing the hot water issues (we’ll get to that) but never does. Oh! The clubhouse with a movie theatre that’s totally about to start construction? It’s actually an old condemned house surrounded by garbage and heavy construction equipment.
