Pat’s a true artisan. He made my “ready to move in” house truly ready to move into back in 2008 and has been doing projects for me ever since then, like turning my unfinished basement into a beautiful library with built in bookshelves, adding a portico over the backyard entry, etc. He jclearly takes pride in his work and you will, too.
