Low quality and act like responsible but never fix the issue before one year warranty and try to convince us to pass it so make sure to watch everything before buyin the house or u cannot fix under thier warranty Squeaky floorings, unplanned heating systems or cooling systems, blinds are really worst quality and they install big blinds weighing too much and break easily and many small simple things are not really they do research while building. Especially check the electrical because many fluctuations happens when u switch off the lights somewere and the funny thing is they say it cannot fixable
