Lakeview Gardens Apartments

Jamie and Bridget are the best! The apartments are nice and the property has everything you need. I genuinely appreciate everything they do and how much they care about the people here.

I love it here. Don't get me wrong it is an adjustment from living in the country, but I have been treated like family since I moved in. I've been here for a few years and I love the staff. Jamie is the best.

April 2023 my dad contacted the manager s name is Jamie Faircloth said she will have a two bedroom coming open first of the summer the Jamie Faircloth sent us an application we mailed the rental app and the $22 per adult $44 total background fees according to Jamie we was approved ,summer came no apartment my dad called lakeview gardens june,july and august then stop calling and started emailing lakeview then he went his our credit report it does not show a credit enquire from lakewiew , my dad emailed lakeview gardens about a no credit check from lakeview gardens someone from lakeview gardens replied said there will be no credit check on his credit report, November 2023 Jamie Faircloth said she will have an apartment open the first of 2024 for my dad and mom the first of 2024 now

First off there trash all in and near dumpster area, kids playing in the streets and run through the hallways at times and ring random door bells, police get calls every other 2 to 6 weeks, and these apartments are fairly new but have roaches do to the pile of of trash, there are stray cats, it's a non smoking property however signs of smoking just about every, you will often hear sirens, these apartments need alot more improvement and when I was there my apartment was not cleaned and patch paint work. I give these apartments 2 star because of management and how they treat their tenants. Don't expect what you're looking at and everyone seems to be in everyone business just a genuine heads up.

My daughter put in application over 4 months ago. They finally tell her an apartment is ready. She goes in to finish paperwork and suddenly they said she makes too much money. She is a single mom who doesn't receive State assistance or child support. The initial application they approved had her income on it. People who are actually trying just keeps getting kicked in the face. If she worked a minimum wage job she'd be moving her stuff into that apartment right now. People need to be reminded of how much daycare etc costs.
