Lakeview Apartments

My mother has lived here for over 4 years and is very happy here. Convenient location. Property management team is awesome. Brenda and Terrence provide excellent customer service s to the tenants. Building itself is aged, however, any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good too. Hats off to Brenda's team, they did an awesome job to take care of Seniors in the building.The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. The property kept nice and clean. Overall, it's a nice place to live.

My mother has been living at the apartments for around 20 years. Over those years, there has been several managers. When the apartments were bought by new owners, Brenda became the manager along with Terrance, her assistant manager. Both have been the best so far to communicate and deal with. My mother, who is 92, can be difficult to handle but Brenda is amazing at dealing with her and making her happy. I work a lot so I appreciate her and Terrance so much for taking time to take care of her needs. Anytime I have questions or problems, Brenda or Terrance is available to answer and help me resolve issues.

I am so pleased with the management. Brenda the office manager and her staff are so kind and care about all the tents. The Lakeview apartment is very clean and nice inside and outside. I am so glad my mother resides in Lakeview. Thanks to Brend and her team.

The management staff Brenda and Terrence are awesome. They are always nice and patient to my parents who have lived in Lakeview for a few years. The manager, Brenda even called me a couple of times to make sure my mom is OK after my dad passed away earlier this year. I really appreciate their care and kindness, thank you!
