I love how spacious the apartment is and it’s truly one of the cheaper options around here. I personally have not experienced any bugs, roaches or rodents and they are working on getting pest control out quite often BUT. -maintenance sucks. my dishwasher has been broken since october, i’ve put in numerous requests and every single one of them says completed without anyone even coming to look at it. there’s a draft coming from my back patio doors because the black part underneath is fraying or breaking everytime i open the door. my lock is somehow coming off. -i don’t know if they use cheap materials for the tubs but everytime i deep clean my tub the material scratches off with my scrubber. i’ve never know scrubbers to literally scrub away the tub. -they changed property managers and it’s

Do not move here. I was toured in a unit with laundry machines, being told that all units come with washer and dryer, applied for a unit indicating “washer and dryer included”, and moved in a unit nothing but the hookup. The staff and the unreachable “management team”did not do anything. The unit was also poorly maintained. The sink was severely leaking, and the dishwasher was moldy. Ended up moving out in a week and having the lawyer to deal with the legal issues.

This management company is going to be hit with a lawsuit if they cannot get rid of the live rodents scratching their way through the walls. Several units have been infested with raccoons and squirrels and the management company does not care. Units have bugs and they can never seem to get them gone entirely. The management company switches hands multiple times and year and there is zero accountability. Rent keeps increasing but no upgrades to be made. Do yourself a favor save your money and look elsewhere.

Truly have loved living here, great community and the people who work at the office are so nice and have been very helpful. However, our apartment was ransacked and robbed by people who worked for the office when the mistakenly marked our unit as vacant. Several of our things were damaged and stolen, and our privacy invaded. We're still waiting on nearly 3000 dollars in compensation which is something we've been told only corporate can handle, however it's been nearly three months and we've heard absolutely nothing. So we're down three thousand dollars and a lot of our things, while having to relive the feeling of my mother in laws urn and my partners military service keepsakes tossed on the floor without a single care in the world. please save yourself the trouble and do not move here. they close out maintenance request without ever doing anything. most units are infested with roaches and or black mold. i have never seen the pool open in the 2 years i lived there. office staff is extremely disorganized, and rude. the photos when you search this complex is extremely photoshopped. this is not a place you want to live. EDIT: i have now been moved out of this place for 2 months. my lease was up, and paid in full, even turned my keys in 2 weeks early i could not wait to get out of my mold invested unit.
