Waited 10 months to get a 1 bedroom apartment. Was worth the wait! Got a totally rehabbed unit. Paint everything including closets and ceiling. New carpet vinyl flooring. New stove refrigerator water heater year old furnace and a/c unit. New sink faucet. They gutted the bathroom replaced everything! Including shower/tub toilet vanity sink even the medicine cabinet. Love my new apartment thanks to a truly professional company. Do not plan on moving again. Eric from Lombard IL

I absolutely love living here!! It is so peaceful and my neighbors are great. The staff is always polite and my concerns are taken care of promptly. The grounds are well kept and beautiful.

This place is filled with thieves who only seek to rob the elderly that they pretend to care so much about. Their apartments are very cheaply built and can easily catch on fire as they have already in the past. If your loved one wants to have a spare key made for a family member, they will charge more than anywhere else for that privilege. Additionally, garbage disposals are not included and are more costly than if you were to buy your own from a store like Lowe's or Menard's. To make matters worse, if you buy your own ceiling fans to put into the bedrooms, they want to charge $80 for EACH installation. That's more than the fans even cost themselves to buy! It's absolutely absurd. This place will have your loved one feeling more like they are imprisoned and rather than retired. Live somewh

Maintenance crew so helpful, I feel safe living here. Ladies in the office are efficient. Lawn looks fantastic. Great place to live.
