I’ve lived here over a year and management and maintenance are becoming increasingly unresponsive. I submitted multiple maintenance requests over 7 months ago through the online resident portal, followed up with an email to the leasing office, and even called the office last month. When I called, I was told someone would “get on it right away.” It’s now been month later, and nothing has been fixed — nor have I received any updates or follow-up communication. The emergency maintenance situation was just as disappointing. We accidentally locked ourselves out on a Saturday evening around 7:30 PM and called the emergency maintenance hotline. After getting a callback from the third-party dispatcher, a locksmith was supposed to come out. However, the locksmith told us he “didn’t want to drive t

I've lived at one of their properties for over 20 years. They take great care of the building, and respond to service requests very quickly- usually the next few days. I've read many bad reviews about them, and think they are outdated. The current team ( as of March 2024) is great to work with. In years past, there have been few rude people or ones that are hard deal with, but everything is fine now. Which is why I say the bad reviews may be outdated. The owner of my property invests A LOT in keeping the building nice. They put on all new roofs a few years ago, put in a new boiler, and are installing new windows this spring. BUSINESS OWNERS AND 1099 CONTRACTORS - DON'T BOTHER APPLYING. The management at this company doesn't understand proof of income of any method other than W2s. I submitted my bank statements for my business as well as my personal ones, and included an excel sheet showing my income and expenses for the year as well as my tax return and they still couldn't "verify my income" even though it was 4x the rent (everything reconciled perfectly, there wasn't anything unclear). They are also very slow to get back to you at literally every stage of the application process, so don't waste your time waiting to hear back.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Over payed my rent and was told I would get the difference at the end of the month since I was moving out. It has been 8 weeks and the office manager finally decided to speak to me about the issue. The receptionist had been giving me the run around so I finally decide to go speak to them in person. The manager’s response was it is not her priority to write me a check and I was making her upset for showing up in the office asking about the check. She contradicted herself and lied about not knowing of the situation then in the end said she did see an email that was sent to her about the situation but did not care to read it. Mind you before I even spoke to her or said a word she came out of her office and starting yelling at me for being in the office. The

Contacted them for a showing on a property, was told I could only come between 9am and 5pm because they don't work past that time and also would not show on the weekends....I told Emily that I was not available until after 5 because my finance did not get out of work until then and wanted him there with me. Her response was "do you have a lunch break" I could come then or go to the showing alone and video tape it and show my finance. I would think that a business that's trying to rent people homes should be more professional, flexible and understanding that not everyone sits behind a desk all day and gets a hour or 2 lunch break or leave whenever they want to so that they can fit into these people's tight schedule.
