Lakeshore Preserve Apartments

Our awning collapsed missing me by inches, reported to maintenance immediately as well as office staff, That was February 2, 2026 and here we are March 9, 2026 and the awning is still just hanging, we have to duck down low to get out of our door. Today March 9, 2026 another tenant in another building fell through the second floor deck. Our floor in our apartment has way too many sinking spots under the carpet for our comfort. When we shower you can see and hear all the gray water just emptying out under the building.

we love living here! everyone in the office is very kind and attentive. maintenance is so fast and on top of everything. the amenities are great but nothing beats being on the lake! truly the best place we’ve ever lived.

This is how maintained the property is during the winter months. NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE! BUT ESPECIALLY KIDS & ELDERLY! We are charged $50 a month for having a dog at this property and can’t even take them outside without risking an injury! 3 WEEKS LATER FROM THIS INITIAL POST IS THE STAIRS & PATH STILL TRYING TO TAKE MY KIDS TO SCHOOL! I almost fell myself trying to get to my car. Pictures added!!

🛑⚠️WARNING ⚠️🛑 I apply for this property June 2023 went to view the property is an alright property, but feces of dogs in the grass everywhere. Also homeless cats everywhere. The laundry room only one works and you have to walk up a hill. The only thing nice about the property is literally the Lake view and that’s all. Submitted a application the same day the application REQUIRES a $500 Apartment hold to be able to hold the apartment and $20 application Fee. I should’ve known it was a 🚩 when the hood for the apartment is $500 “supposedly” is refundable. Everytime I called the office 1. They never pick up 2. They claim they are “busy giving tours” 3. You ask for the manager and she’s always in a meeting. Today is November 9 2023= I still have not received my apartment hold yes is been almo

Just wanted to add a quick edit here to say what a great experience we had having our sons first birthday party in the community space. The office team was communicative and helped us to make the perfect day for our son! My wife and I just moved into this complex and Robert made everything an absolute breeze. He's highly communicative and truly cares about the residents here, we're excited to start enjoying all the amenities and continuing our relationship
