The maintenance team is awesome! The complex is clean, well maintained and located in a quiet area. Anytime I have had an issue with an appliance it has been replaced or upgraded in a timely manner. Today, I felt the need to write a review because of how quick my issue was resolved. I Put in a work order for an outlet yesterday around 7pm, I got a confirmation text from Michelle, and they sent a nice maintenance man named Jerry, today at 10:30am. He resolved the issue, he was very professional, personable, upbeat and genuinely kind. He took the extra time to explain how he fixed the outlet when I asked about it, which I appreciated. He told me if I see him around the property and need something to let him know which was nice 😊

Update:The stairwells were finally cleaned! However, now the parking lot lights are off! It’s pitch black every evening when we come home! I called Duke and apparently there’s an issue with the account the property management has. After contacting management days ago, I was told that they were working on it with Duke. The lights are still off, and the parking lot is still pitch black! There’s a funky smell coming from underneath our sink, it smells like sewage. On top of this the dishwasher fills up with water by itself (we don’t even use it). Maintenance came by twice already, and there wasn’t really a solution, I was just told to drain the dishwasher if the water comes in it. The smell under our sink is still there. Update: they cleaned it! Much better. No longer embarrassed to have people come over. Would be a higher review if they would clean the staircase in my building. It looks like a scene from a horror movie of some decrepit building. I’ve asked about them cleaning it twice, and received no response. The rent is way too high to have the building look so bad. I’m embarrassed to have people come to my apartment because of this. It’s also full of bugs! You can’t walk down the stairs without running into a spiderweb, dodging some flying insects, or jumping over beetles and water bugs. I’ll submit pictures soon.

DON’T waste your money moving in to these apartments !! We were Former residents that decided to Move Back because we loved it here, without realizing it has a new management. If I was able to give them a -5 stars I will. First of all we moved in to the apartment in May. Did the moving checklist and listed for our fridge to please be fixed due to the bottom door not closing properly. We went to the office to communicate this with them because we noticed a lot of condensation inside the fridge and our food going bad fast even with the coolest setting, due to gap (to add we don’t like complaining to anyone we barely like talking to people).
