Horrible!! The gate situation is a nightmare and honestly isn't worth dealing with! And this is a continuous problem just save yourself the headache.

I have two large pools that are never open. The maintenance was increased and yet the pools are never operational🤯🤯🤯

Worst place to live. Pool have been closed for YEARS. The park is not safe for kids. The gates never work. The HOA doubled in price yet they provide NO Amenities.

The landlord is great! The safety and security is horrible. Anyone can get in because either the gate is in the up position or the new gate entry system is messed up. People ride close to the car in front so they can get in that way as well or park their cars outside on the grass and walk in. Safety is not a concern.

All you can think of, they are great. Highly recommend. They take no nonsense and security cameras all over the place when it comes to people that don't live there cars that are not supposed to be there, more then one dog. I can go on and on all I have to say is, a great place to live.
