Angel, who works in the office, is incredibly helpful. He's always the first to answer the phone and the last to leave. I've never brought him an issue that he did not help me with. Thank you Angel!!!

The maintenance team is the best Rich and Ramon are the best and they get the job done also the people in the office when I ask something or put a work order in they do it right then and there

I was little sketchy moving in over here but after I moved in I had a great experience Mr raisean was so very thoughtful n helpful through the entire process anything I need help with the apartment he doesn’t hesitate to help I love it over here

Been going to the office since Monday nobody hasn’t been in the office an today is Wednesday it says nine but nobody hasn’t been in there for 3 days straight I did want to live here cause it’s in my price range but I don’t want to stay no where wear I can’t even get in the office and talk to people

Although a very nice looking community with a beautiful view of the lake, a seating area and balconies and patios, the price being decent in these days and times in 2025 for the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the great fact that you can park right in front of your home and the parking isn't ridiculous and the very nice office workers......they are infested with a rat problem. I would leave and come home to my bread being chewed on through the bag, sounds of rats squeaking throughout the day and rat poop on my countertops in my kitchen and under my sink. I heard rats running in the walls and in the vents. I kept my house spotless. I actually own a cleaning business and lived alone so keeping my house clean was definitely not the issue. Another issue of mine was my upstairs neighbor sound
