The park is ok but most of the trailers are very close together. My brother in law lives there but has fixed up the tiny yard to look like a cute cottage setting.

Don’t rent from them they will kick you out with no notice and will steal anything in the house while you are gone and then lie to police and say that you left it behind and the owners daughter will also get involved on stealing stuff from your home. They also take advantage of military and believe that if you area low rank and they do this to you they will get away with it because you don’t have the money to do anything about it. Also the landlord dose not like to make repairs on places and maintenance is very lazy even in emergency situations.

Do not rent or buy a trailer from Lake's Home Center because they will not fix anything or they will try to get more money out of you. If any of the residents start anything with you and you tell the landlord and he will say that you are the cause of the problem and will try to evict you. If they trow things into your yard and tell the landlord and he does nothing about it. He doesn't care if you are handicapped and on SSI and can't work, he will say in your face to get off your dead a** and get a job. He doesn't get along with people who work for Social Services or even HUD. If you leave them a message to fix things and they don't show up. If you do what a lawyer tells you to do and you tell the landlord what the lawyer says, he will make himself look good and you bad to make that landlo

There is mold in midew in most of the houses and they don’t want to do nothing about it. I also have photos of this as proof as well it’s disgusting and he chooses not to tell his residents until it’s to late and he has already gotten money from them. (Landlord’s name is randy)

I really don't like driving through here because there's so many potholes that they don't fix granted it does slow you down which is fine but it can tear up your car in the process
