The BEST part of the place is Kierra. Seriously give this woman a raise and a promotion. She’s so kind and goes above and beyond. My first warning should have been when it took maintenance 4 months to fix a power outlet when we first moved in. After about 6 months everything went down hill. Roaches started to appear an no matter what we do they wouldn’t go away . It was so bad that they would be out in broad day light. At night they would try and crawl on you. They even went into rooms and other NO food. They would say they fixed problems in the online portals and it wouldn’t be fixed. Underneath our sink was leaking and first thing we did was report it a month later no one has come and the wood is moldy. Pest control came once to our place and proceeded to randomly spray the floor and

Kierra was helpful and provides great customer service every time I speak with her. So far this has been a decent place for my family and I. Apartments are very spacious.

Shemeka Daniels and Alicia Anderson were incredibly helpful in our search for a new apartment. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping my roommate and me find a place that fit our needs. My nephew lived here. The apartments were big and affordable however the staff sucked. My nephew apartment flooded due to a pipe burst. They took over a month to come fix it. My nephew had to buy a wet vac to maintenance his on apartment. There was mildew left all through the apartment. Alethia Scott the apartment manager was difficult to to deal with. She lied constantly, she retaliated against after he called corporate. Eventually he moved out and she lied and said he had over 2000 dollars worth of damage. By this time my nephew moved to another state. How you mad because you didn’t do your job then lie on him. The lady is too old to be the devil. Corporate didn’t follow up the complaints against her just allowed the wicked witch to lie and cause my nephew more money His Ac broke it took

EDIT: DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY WILL FIND ANY WAY TO CHARGE YOU A BUNCH OF FEES AFTER YOU LEAVE. --- 2br-2ba is a nice layout, but that's it. Living here is not the safest and the staff are not the best. Cops here 24/7, people revving engines at 10pm on weekdays, my friend who doesn't even live here Doordashes and knows the most dangerous building to go into is 8, their pool has NEVER been open in the past 5 years that I've lived here. Also, they ask for the most sensitive information of the entire family living in an apartment, not just the one paying the rent. Also, maintenance does not respond but the staff will catch some attitude when you try and fix it yourself: E.g. We caught roaches from upstairs a year and a half ago and when we leave, they're still there no matter what we try, 2
