I went in today and was helped by Odalis, who was working by herself at the time. She was quick to greet me and immediately offered assistance. I was inquiring about a 3-bedroom, and although there isn’t one currently available for immediate move-in, she was still incredibly informative and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel welcomed and valued, and took my information to follow up in case one becomes available. Great service and a wonderful experience overall!
A formal complaint should be filed with the City of Dallas because it’s unacceptable that it feels cooler outside than inside the apartment, and the office doesn’t seem to care. They should change this system that only allows heating or cooling depending on the season because it’s terrible. This winter, there were many days when it was very hot, and the apartments were over 80°F inside while it was cooler outside. Save yourself the trouble of living in an oven and don’t move to this place. The office and the administration clearly do not care if you are uncomfortable because of the heat. Right now it’s 70°F outside and my apartment has been at 83°F all day. The office is not taking any action to fix this promptly. For the amount they charge in rent, we should have a proper cooling system
This apartment management has been very unprofessional. I paid my final utility bill of $185 for October before moving out, and the manager confirmed that was the only balance I owed. Now, they are billing me an additional $161, and I have no idea where this charge came from. Every time I called the office, I was told the manager was unavailable and given excuses instead of answers. They have now sent the alleged balance to a collections agency as if I never paid my final bill. I have proof that I paid the full $185 for October utilities, and I want to know why I am being charged an extra $161. I am glad I moved out when I did because the management is terrible. I am prepared to take legal action for sending my information to collections without valid reason. I have proof that I paid eve
Please don’t be fooled by these fake good reviews. Talk to people that live here it’s a nightmare… This picture shows the gross conditions. This has not got fixed in 6 months. Update 05/24/24 The A/C has not worked properly since it’s been turned on months ago. Everyday they are working on it with no success (and you have to hound them for updates). The incompetence with everyone that works here is shocking everyday to me. I can’t wait till our lease is up. Update 04/12/24 the hot water is once again not working… with no updates from management… this place is a disaster. The new management is the absolute worst. If you like to have hot water and heat in the winter you might want to look somewhere else. We experienced no hot water for over three weeks this winter. Would rather live anywh
This is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The customer service is terrible. We pay rent every month, yet the AC goes out almost every week. It’s frustrating constantly having to call the office to report the issue, and all they ever say is that they’re “working on it.” A couple of days later, it breaks again. I honestly can’t wait for my lease to be over. To anyone thinking about moving in—don’t. This place is a complete waste of money. You’ll end up paying for utilities you didn’t even use, even when the AC is down. I’ve paid over $260 a month in utilities alone. This is the nastiest apartment I’ve ever rented, and the customer service is just as bad. The maintenance guy just showed up again and told us the AC is out—again. They might be able to f
