Lakeridge Apartments

I have loved almost everything about living here the last 3 years, with the exception of constant plumbing issues. This past week was the second or third time without hot water since the first of the year. This time it was 11 or 12 days. Was out at least 6 times last year. There's always an excuse. It's never just been out for a couple of hours. It's always days. And lately, weeks. It seems to be a perpetual problem with our existing hot water boiler. That being said, I don't understand why the owner does not keep the parts necessary in stock in the store room to address these issues whenever they arrived instead of waiting for it to go out THEN trying to chase down and order the replacement parts. I will have them a 0 if I can. Staying here has been miserable. I got my car towed twice. I pay for the service. Ending up pay towing company 400 to no reason. Please avoid the people that maintain the property are unethical and lazy

We are nearly finished out with out 15 month lease - thank goodness. From the very beginning, there were problems starting with our application. We were incorrectly told we'd have to pay an enormous deposit because one of the two people on the lease didn't have the required rental history. On that particular leasing agent's day off, her error was corrected by the manager. I had to resend paperwork because it was lost. We weren't told that the monthly rent that we were quoted would only be if we signed a 15 month lease - not 12 month. Not what you want to hear when all your worldly possessions are packed into a trailer in the parking lot and you have no place else to live. After being handed the keys, we were very disappointed to see the inside of our unit. Shoddy workmanship throughout -

If you are looking to move-in to an apartment, please avoid leasing here. This manager is very very very rude, ignorant and charges for EVERYTHING! If You have more than three cars then you have to pay extra each month to rent a parking spot, she locks laundry facility during the weekend, that is right THE WEEKEND, when the majority of residents are home. I wouldn't even give a one star and she does not deserve to have the working title as a "manager." Also, each time you need to go to the office she is rarely there or does not answer phone calls. How can a manager live in the property and not be available, what is the point of the landlord to pay a percentage of her rent when she cannot be available when needed. I hope the Landlord reads this comment because I will be grateful to speak

Kia like the car vroom vroom was amazing!! She is very Informative about the property and the area. The property is very clean and the units are very spacious.
