As a family with young children, having top-notch security and an on-site playground is incredibly important to us, and this complex delivers. The residents here are friendly, calm, and wonderfully welcoming to kids. The management team is professional and highly respectful, and they address any questions or minor maintenance issues with incredible speed and efficiency. We appreciate the convenience of the small fitness center and the dedicated bike storage area. All these factors truly make Lakeridge Apartments feel like home. We highly recommend it!

We absolutely love our new home! The property is impeccably maintained, offering a serene and peaceful environment that’s perfect for relaxing. The management is outstanding, always attentive and responsive. Best of all, the rent is incredibly affordable compared to other options in the area. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a calm, well-cared-for community!

The property itself is quiet, and Rodney is an exceptional maintenance technician—always professional and helpful. Unfortunately, management is a serious issue. Thomas, the manager, regularly crosses professional boundaries and is overly intrusive. If you have kids, be aware that after 6 pm they are often not allowed to play outside due to neighbor complaints, with warnings or threatened fines that’s why they usually closes the playground often and not letting your kids play outside .Residents also report that when apartment access is needed, scheduling and privacy are not always respected. Overall, the manager would benefit from learning better boundaries and a more respectful approach, as his management style makes daily living uncomfortable. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Lakeridge Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. The management team and staff are professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns right away. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which gives me peace of mind.

Tom and Rodney have been incredibly busy over the last few months taking care of the community and addressing all the maintenance requests promptly. Rodney has been continuously showing exceptional dedication. He has rebuilt the gym, handled water leaks, and taken on countless other responsibilities behind the scenes.
