Lakeland Title Services

I am a real estate attorney and would never use this title company. I have had horrible experiences as the Buyer’s attorney when Seller attorneys use this title company. They do not communicate nor provide responsive service. I have to contact the numerous times just to receive one response, finally, that’s not even correct or complete. Besides insurability issues, their attention to detail and customer service is deplorable.

Helpful staff, they adress my business immediately, very nice front desk person, beautiful office, ample parking space, fast and professional service. Totally recommend.

Worst experience ever. Very dirty, unfriendly and unorganized place. Our paperwork was ready the day before and it still took them 5 hrs to close. They did not even acknowledge us for 30 min until I spoke up. Then we sat for 1 hour past our appointment time before they took us into a room and no refreshments for 5 hours.

I buy and sell a fair amount of real estate. Had a closing with this company. My attorney kept reaching for closing figures and was constantly told they were "being worked on". Whole closing felt very disorganized. Poor experience overall.

I was treated horribly and belittled at Lakeland Title Services I am a real estate investor. I had reached out to a friend who is a realtor about doing business with a new title company for my current deal I have under contract, and I asked him for a referral. My friend gave me the name of Lakeland Title Services. I called the company twice today 9/16/20 before I drove out there and informed them of the nature of my business and purpose, I was assured they handled my particular transaction. The person answering the phone answered my questions and I was then on my way. Their company is a 1 hour drive one way from where I leave. I arrived talked to the receptionist, gave her my contract and my money, she understood the nature of my business and said one of their agents who runs title would
