Lakeland Grand

The only reason we are happy to leave is because we purchased our own home. We have loved loved loved to live here. It's a beautiful place, super comfortable apartments, huge and details in the apartment are very high end. The personnel at the office, Angela, Heather and Ashley, excellent! Friendly and always very helpful. All maintenance issues are resolved very quickly by the wonderful guys Sergio, Jose and Kendall. The only thing that kind of hard to get used to is the noise from neighbors upstairs. Coming from South Florida where construction is more solid, it was truly difficult, very annoying. Our neighbors walked very hard and you would hear their steps all day long, even in the middle of the night. No consideration what so ever. Never called to complaint to maintain the peac

We love Lakeland Grand! Very clean and the staff is super helpful. Maintenance employees always respond quickly and efficiently. The amenities are the best and the location of the apartments is quiet and peaceful.

My wife and I have lived here for 3 months and love it here. The office staff are knowledgeable and available. We have put in 3 maintenance requests for minor things and they have responded either the day of or the following day. Maintenance is very nice and quick to things fixed. The pool is always clean and the fitness center is huge.

Greatest place I've ever lived in. Went from two bedroom to duplex love both accommodations. Office and maintenance staff are so great at keeping place running and looking great. Amenities are also always taken care of. New fire pit and grills set up by pool area. Can't wait to use. Can't imagine living any where else.

Our apartment is huge; very spacious. Everyone is friendly and the leasing staff is very nice. Any maintenance issues are handled very quickly and it is very easy to put in a request. We love it here. The pool is beautiful and we are lucky enough that it is the view from our balcony. There is a cat wash area also and a dog park. There are two grills at the pool, which are great. It really is a great place to live.
