I am s ingle mother with 0 on my acount because of them. Happy New Year. There's no smaller rating, unfortunately. You will speak to the bot. Terrible parking problem. We registered our 2 vehicles with them. One got towed. 7 months living in that nightmare. No one is responsible for anything. Happy holidays
Mngr was very helpful! Ive tried to teach someone for help with leasing app for 4 days but have been unable to get my calls returned or find anyone at the office. Very disappointed. Site doesn't work- I was told to go by the office snd they would help. Not there. No wonder they are vacant .
They are never in the office and never return calls. Does anyone have a website I can complain at? I have phone records I've tried to call and video of going to the office and the door being locked when the sign says open. I put a letter in the drop box and no response. I have multiple issues. One being a WO I put in 6 months ago for my shower tiles. Once again of anyone has a website I can report them to please respond to this comment.
Miss Maria made it very easy and smooth from applying, communicating and moving me in on time. She even helped me deal with a personal matter. It’s feels great to come home & not see NO BUGS ! My building is very quiet and I love that the most. 5 months in & I have no complaints at all!
STAY AWAY !!!! They will take your money they are never open and when you call they never answer! They need to get more responsible people to work in the front office not someone that’s just going to be locking the doors and never there
