Lakehouse Residences

I would advise anyone considering living here to avoid it.While this building is beautiful, there have been many construction issues and I am writing this to warn potential tenants as these issues do not need to be disclosed to renters per CO law, and I would hate for anyone to end up in the same position I was in. We had to move out early because of ongoing water issues - days without water and what felt like constant emergency shut offs to complete repairs. It was very disruptive and a very bad living situation. I can't speak for the current state, as I moved out in Jan 2025, but this has been ongoing since 2022 (the HOA is suing the builder) and seemed to have been worsening for years. It's a shame as the staff is very nice, and the building has great amenities if they work.

Lakehouse Residences had 10 days of water shut offs over the past 13 months I lived there. Specific condo owners are passing along the problem to unsuspecting renters. Kumar in 516 hired Lark + Co property managers to rent me a unit at a premium luxury condo price, $3750 for a one bedroom condo with a nountain view, without disclosing the plumbing issues. I did my homework and found several water shut offs before I moved in = prior knowledge. The HOA is in a lawsuit with the builder currently over construction issues. Worst of all, my hotel bill has been denied, $0 compensation offered and now I have to legally hold them accountable, draining my time and energy like the water drain that doesn't work in the bath tub. I don't advise renters to walk away, I suggest you run the other way

This is such a beautiful luxury apartment complex, I do security there and love it. The gym and yoga room is so beautiful. The pool & hot tub, garden area is peaceful. They grow their own vegetables in the summer time. The residents are super friendly!

Our friends live here. Great parking garage, wonderful amenities. We have used the common areas for a large party and it turned out to be a fabulous venue. Highly recommended.
