Lakehaven by Trophy Signature Homes

This review is regarding my own personal experience with my trophy home. I have owned other new builds and so far this home is one of the worst quality. I can hear the ac turn on inside the attic from my kids room and just seems like there is no noise or insulation (there is insulation in the attic but the noise is so loud it feels like there is nothing). I am completely deaf from my right ear (I wear cochlear implant) and even when I take my device off my ear I can still hear it loud so I can’t imagine how loud my kids can hear it when they are sleeping. It does wake them up. From my office you can hear clearly any conversation or noise that is happening on the rooms that are right above you. So my kids can’t even play their TV or music or walk around the room that is on top of my office

Wow! Kisha Phillips is so amazing and so are these great homes. You get a lot of quality and style and the prices a lower than what we see in most DFW suburban communities.

Great at first, but once we had issues with their preferred lender they became unresponsive and canceled our contract with the official letter stating we were unresponsive. When asked about the incorrect information multiple times, they ignored the issue and told us to stop contacting them
