Don't live here unless you absolutely have to. Lived here three years- had multiple issues with people breaking into cars/stealing from the mail room. Tonti management won't lift a finger to do anything (not expecting much, but maybe spend a few bucks to get some cameras installed)- they just send out passive aggressive emails framing it as the residents fault. Had mold growing in the apt because the window wasn't sealed properly, the appliances were old and cheap, and they charge fees just for paying your rent. If you end up owing them any money after the fact, they won't bother to let you know- they immediately dump it on a collection agency, which costs extra $ and potentially hurts your credit. Don't rent from Tonti.

I’m a first timer renter and I can say that I’m happy that I chose this as my first complex. The area is extremely quiet and the most you’ll hear are cars passing. The parking is decent. The area has many resources and is very close to New Orleans. Highly recommend

The personnel are extremely competent and helpful. I’m very happy with my apartment and service all the staff provides.The parking is great and I feel safe where I live. I have great neighbors too.

I just moved in and the office has been super accommodating and helpful throughout the process. As well as the actual community being a quiet and clean place to live. All you really need out of an apartment !

Absolutely awful place to live. They deceive you any chance they get and lie to get you to sign your lease. They don't take care of what they're supposed to and let certain people break certain rules. They allow pool parties to be held with 20+ people, allow people to be loud in the pool at 3am. Then they will not take any complaint seriously and have ACTIVELY shown prejudice to my partner. The ladies who work in the leasing office are extremely rude, bigoted, and not even remotely pleasant. They have literally yelled in my ear when asking a simple question on the phone. I am an extremely respectful and nice person when talking to anyone for any reason- there is absolutely 0 reason for these people to respond like they do and to have such a disdain for their jobs and show it to their tena
