Lake Tivoli Apartments

The people in the office were great until they started giving me verbal confirmation and no follow-through on what they were promising. I was told during my apartment transfer that there were no fees and no payments due and my rent was cheaper. Somehow, I keep seeing a bill rack up from $300-$400 a month with no explanation or no itemized breakdown as far as what the charges are. I was told someone would reach out to me. Someone will get back in contact with me and I have followed through on this for two weeks straight when I noticed the charges and have not been able to speak to anyone. I was basically told my concerns were not that important compared to other things that they were handling. Being that my rent is cheaper, I would be expecting a credit which I have not seen. Well, I came in here with my adult kids and we were interested in any specials that they had and Stacy introduced herself. Told us about the One month free rent and showed us one of the renovated apartments. We will definitely be back to fill out the application process, and Stacy was excellent in her customer service skills and leasing experience. I definitely will be coming back in the next couple of days and hope that all future communications are just as wonderful as they were as this. 🙂😉

Today has been 2 weeks since I’ve living into lake Tivoli. Staff has been great and made it easy to make my decision. I utilized the gym and the dog park that’s available on grounds. Very nice complex I love it here so far

BEWARE!!! These apartments are so disgusting and unkempt. There was cockroaches everywhere. There is consistently trash flooding the dumpster area that attracts rodents and bugs. The apartment was constructed poorly and the doors barely shut. And the vents are full of dust and debris. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone

Ana was super helpful when my daughter moved in. We had a few hiccups with timing and paperwork, but she stayed on top of everything and made sure we were good to go. She even checked in after move-in, which I appreciated. Place looks great and my kid’s happy, so that’s a win in my book. Thanks, Ana.
