The property manager has always been attentive and always has responded to me in a very timely manner. Maintenance also responded in a timely manner and remedied work orders appropriately. My experience was good with the management, the apartment, and the neighborhood. I never experienced any issues. It is nice to have a property that covers the majority of utilities (all except for electricity and internet) and it includes off-street parking.

Infested with cockroaches but they spray monthly. You will see bugs on walls or even crawling on you in your sleep, they have zero control over the pest problem. Even though you pay rent and have a parking spot included, you still have to fight for a spot and get towed when you parked legally in the lot. Laundry costs go up annually but the length of washing and drying goes down, most of the machines are nonfunctioning. Zero up keep is done to buildings. Maintenance and management are very complacent and will drag their feet as long as possible to get extra dollars from you. For what you pay, live elsewhere. Instantly regretted signing a lease here after just 30 days of living here. It is seriously infested with roaches, they will come and spray once a month. However, that is just a solution to make you think they are trying. After speaking with the property manager multiple times making complaints about roaches being in my furniture she implied that she doubt it and to use lavender to wipe things down to avoid the roaches. I’m disgusted with the lack of consideration. The buildings are not well kept and either dirty, trash in the halls, and the laundry machines are almost always not working. You might as well go to the laundry mat. There is only 4 machines for a whole floor, there has been multiple times with the laundry room is flooded. While living here & after leaving, the manager, Jeanne, refused to respond to my requests. She would speak to the office in Milwaukee about my concerns but never inform me of her response on the matter. I went months without a response on a particular issue. Another issue was maintenance disrespecting me while I was in the bathroom. I informed the man I was using the bathroom but he still insisted he needed to flick a switch near the outlet instead of waiting until I left out. The residents were fine but management sucked. The area is beautiful and pleasant to live in.

There is no way anyone is leaving a 5 star review for this place after living here. Issues include pests, broken heating and AC, mold, poor management and repairs. I encourage anyone interested in these apartments to take a tour and look for the finer details and talk to current tenants about their experiences. If you have the means look elsewhere otherwise document any issues with photographic evidence as you will have to fight for your security deposit to be returned.
